My husband and I and another couple had the experience of a lifetime with company Explorus Travel. We have traveled the world, experienced several tour companies, but we can truthfully say that Explorus is in a class above.  Our experience far exceeded our expectations. After spending 6 days with Tatiana, she arranged for our guide in St. Petersburg, Marina, who was also exceptional. Our August, 2014 trip to Russia was one of our best trips because of the flawless service that we received from Explorus Travel. I would highly recommend Tatiana and her company to anyone who wants to have an amazing visit to Russia.

We contacted Explorus via email and they were very responsive, helpful and flexible to our needs. We immediately booked the 4 hr tour of Moscow and a pick up from the airport. As we arrived, we met an extremely friendly and easy-to-talk-to person, which made us feel very welcome! We were very excited to start our tour. The tour was carried out by Tatyana and Julia. Both very informative and passionate about the city and its history. We were captivated by the stories and the delightful presentation. We gladly adsorbed every detail as everything was done in a very professional yet easy and friendly atmosphere. Also, the English was superb.
Very very very recommended! The rating of 5 is not enough to relay the magnitude of our satisfaction!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC; Irene was like a walking encyclopedia, great fun and good sense of humour. If you are offered the chance to look round a ‘famous graveyard’ say YES it is really something else. Tatyana who was our driver was lovely too and so welcoming. Tatyana and Irene liaised to adjust our tour to fit our new priorities on the day and were a delight to spend time with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We did 9hr Moscow in a day tour, were weary (in a nice way) but delighted.

We found Explorus Travel through Trip Advisor. The reviews were so outstanding that we decided to contact Explorus travel.

WOW, it was a five star service from day one. Tatyana is a excellent communicator and she worked hard helping us to customize and plan our 3 day tour in Moscow. When we were there, she went out of her ways to make sure everything was perfect with our tours. We had an amazing time in Moscow in July 2019 thanks to all the preparations that Tatyana did for us and the way she treated us when we were there. She provided for us tours in English and Spanish. Thank you Tatyana, Olga and Pavel for making our stay in Moscow unforgettable!!

I only had a couple of hours to spare in between business meetings and signed up for the four hour Moscow tour with Veronica after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor. It was fantastic and worth every penny. I was so impressed with my tour in Moscow that I booked the same tour in St. Petersburg. It was an efficient way to see the city in such a short period of time with excellent detailed interpretation. A must if you are limited for time but want to get a sense of the city.
